The Gonzo Files

Back in 2007, The Wall Street Journal was outraged because former National Security Adviser under President Bill Clinton knowingly breached security by taking classified files home.

Well, the howler hates to keep repeating herself but the law of karma is once again back. Today we learn that former Attorney General Alberto Gonzales knowingly "mishandled classified data."

A few months after Gonzales became attorney general, Berger was forced to plea bargain to a misdemeanor, give up his law license as well as his security clearance. Berger also had to pay a $50,000 fine and was "sentenced to serve two years of probation and 100 hours of community service."

Looks like poor Gonzo should've stayed in Texas practing law or doing whatever he was doing before Dubya asked him to come to Land of Oz; anyway you look at it, Gonzo's toast. And it couldn't have happened to a nicer enabler of EVIL. The same mercy he showed the poor death-row saps in Texas is the kind of justice he deserves and the law of karma will be sure he receives.

Normally that would be one tally for the side of Obama for president -- if only the howler could be sure that Mr. Unity would see to it that justice for the band of criminals in the White House would ever see the light of day.

As things stand today, not looking very promising.
