Feingold Vouches for McSame

McSame no more.

In a story by Politico, Sen. Russ Feingold, the howler's former (and still) favorite person for president (besides Sen. Jim Webb) is well, once again his predictable lovable self.

When asked by a reporter from the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel to share his thoughts on the Republican presumptive nominee, Feingold answered with his usual candor without giving it a second thought:
[T]he notion that somehow [McCain] is going to get in there and be some kind of ideological Newt Gingrich right-winger is a joke. There's no way that he would do that," Feingold said.
Having the seal of approval from someone like Feingold should make any PUMA less leary of pulling the lever for McCain. And that should really scare the crap out of any superdelegate who wants the White House in safe Democratic hands.

But nothing to see behind the curtain...move on.
