Obama's Path to Presidency is Far from Clear

Los Angeles Times notes that Obama-mania has barackafied. American voters are just not flocking to touch the edge of his cloak or the seven spikes in his crown.

Even as his turn on the global stage hit an emotional peak Thursday with a speech before a cheering crowd of more than 200,000 in Germany, Barack Obama faced new evidence of stubborn election challenges back home.Fresh polls show that he has been unable to convert weeks of extensive media coverage into a widened lead. And some prominent Democrats whose support could boost his campaign are still not enthusiastic about his candidacy.
Here's the troublesome electoral map the howler's been howling about for MONTHS! Come November when Dems lose, again, don't say you weren't warned by the army of racist she-devil PUMAs who were really secret Republicans.

H/T Slate for the graphic and new Obamaisms.

So you made your own map up to support your post without any evidence? Interesting...this is based on 2004 results when the margains are less than 8 percent victory...so you're not basing it on this year at all...you're basing it on 2004. This takes out the fact that NC, VA, IN, ND, GA, and AK are in play. Great analysis. When John Kerry gets the nomination, will you let me know?

Oh no, Delaware's in play! This "map" is almost as big a joke as this blog. Almost.
