Federal Appeals Court Trumps Leslie Gore
For some reason, mainstream media and progressive bloggers have failed to post on a significant ruling by the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals released two days ago.
Although the Court initially dismissed a lawsuit by Victor DiMajo, a Florida resident who'd accused party officials of "disenfranchising Florida's Democratic voters by barring them from having their say in choosing their party's nominee," The Associated Press reports that the argument is not moot, after all.

Initially, Mr. DiMaio filed the lawsuit before even voting; and the Court ruled the suit lacked standing. But as the wire service noted, the latest Court directive gives "the plaintiff an opening to amend and refile the lawsuit."[Sung to Leslie Gore tune with Obama-rade]
It's their party and they'll disenfranchise if they want to...disenfranchise if they want to, disenfranchise if they want...you would disenfranchise too if it happened to you.
