Barack Obama For President

Howling Latina has made up her mind; if Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) runs for the Democratic presidential nomination, she will support him over all others.

Tonight on CNCB, Tim Russert interviewed Obama; and she concluded that Obama is the real deal. A man of faith and character who is also humble, honest, reflective and grounded.

Yes, unlike soon-to-be former Rep. Harold Ford of Tennesee who lost his bid to become the first elected black senator from the South since Reconstruction by trying to triangulate the vote but ending on the losing side, Obama reminds her instead of our soon-to-be junior senator from Virginia, Jim Webb.

Like Webb, Obama is a man of conviction and intellect; he says what he means and means what he says. He speaks from the heart--rather than from focus group tested language.

The yummy gravy on the political souffle is Obama's opposition from the very beginning to the U.S. invasion of Iraq. Just like Webb.

Indeed, if Obama runs and wins the Democratic nomination, Virginia would vote blue for the first time since forever, as would other swing states like Ohio.

Unfortunately, Obama is mulling his decision and the enormeous commitment that a presidential run requires of him and family. Moreover, he says he only wants to run for the right reasons and motive--not simply because people want him to run or because he thinks he can win.

In other words, Obama wants to resolve in his mind that his message to nation of hope is best expressed by him. For Obama, America's future is bright with endless possibilities but the nation must first pull together in harmony to solve its many challenges.

Obama's politics are not about a red or blue America--but one of inclusion for all. As Americans, he notes, we share the same goals, aspirations and challenges; and we must work together in solidarity and unity to discern the best solutions to the problems we face as a nation.

Indeed, for Obama, this is not only the noblest way to secure our joint future--but the optimal and safest as well.

Comments:
I believe that Obama is the real deal as well. I am ready.

NOw that Feingold has stepped out of the race I'm hoping Al Gore will run. I'd like to Obama be Gore's VP and then take on the Presidency after Gore...

Buzz...Buzz....

Obama gives a great speech and likely has a bright future in the party. But President in 2008?

He is a first term Senator who has never faced and won a truly tough election in his life. And to be taken seriously as a presidential candidate shouldn't a person have some real experience and accomplishments.

In 2004 Democrats were in an all fired hurry to wrap up our nomination process in February and what did it get us? A miserable candidate who ran a terrible campaign. This in a year when many (I believe most) Americans were not comfortable with the idea of rehiring Bush for a second term.

Let's consider our choices more carefully this time. Let's pick a winner.

I know, I know, but sometimes when you're the best, you're the best. And Obama has that something special that comes from the unknown force that propels one as leader.

Think of Alexander the Great? Age really makes no difference.

What I say here is found in books that anyone can find on the Internet (www.amazon.com or www.bn.com) or rare bookstores. Do you realize that many women are supporting a group whose founder spoke highly of the Nazis' practices and teachings in the 1930s and 1940s, and who wrote books with racists wordings and ugly eugenics practices, such as getting rid of those kids who were deformed or had genetic problems?

What group and founder are I talking about? Let me give you some idea what this founder wrote in her books (yes, she is a woman). This female founder refers to people who are epileptics, feeble-minded, blind, deaf, mute, etc. as:

--> "...this dead weight of human waste..." that is "...the terrific cost to the community..."

This female says, "'Constructive' Eugenics...shows us that we are paying for and even submitting to the dictates of an ever increasing, unceasingly spawning class of human beings who never should have been born at all..."

Lovely, isn't it?

And then she refers to these problem people this way:

--> "Every single case of inherited defect, every malformed child, every congenitally tainted human being brought into this world is of infinite importance to that poor individual; but it is of scarcely less importance to the rest of us and to all of our children who must pay in one way or another for these biological and racial mistakes."

She also said that large families should kill some of their children so as to save "resources" for others.

How about this idea which is similar to the Nazis' propaganda during the 1930s?

--> "On its scientific side, Eugenics suggest the reestablishment of the balance between the fertility of the "fit" and the "unfit." "

In one of her publications, a magazine review, persons sympathetic to the Nazis' practices and even German Nazis themselves wrote articles for her. In other documents, she refers to the supremacy of the white race over the other races. Isn't great that she wrote side-by-side with those Nazis?

What are these books and materials to which I refer?

"The Pivot of Civilization"

"Woman and the New Race"

"The Birth Control Review"

Who is the author of this trash?
Who is this supporter of the Nazi eugenic practices?

MARGARET SANGER
Founder of PLANNED PARENTHOOD

Do people think that Jewish women are blind to Margaret Sanger's promotion of racial eugenics? Let me quote something from her that both she and Planned Parenthood standby:

--> "By education, by persuasion, by appeals to racial ethics and religious motives, the ardent Eugenicist hopes to increase the fertility of the "fit." "

Planned Parenthood refers to her as a Woman of Valor. Do you like that term? Not all of us Jewish women are now blind to what Planned Parenthood is doing to women all over the world. Are you?

AND note also that the Gay / Lesbian Groups ALL support Planned Parenthood WITHOUT any reservations also!

a woman who was deceived and attacked by Planned Parenthood and who also lost relatives in the Holocaust, thanks to Margaret Sanger
