You left out the cities that were more than 60% for Miller.

I guess my general hope (and concern) over with Webb is I hope African-Americans are motivated to vote for Webb. Many of the localities which voted for Miller, tend to have strong AA presense...because to beat Allen, it will take the "perfect storm"...and I think we can all agree, Webb is better than Allen any day..
 
You know, like you, I share the same concern.

And I happened to talk to Webb about that very same subject.

I am going to try to write a post about it, with an actual picture that proves I really was lucky to have the chance to chat with him for a few minutes.
