Phony Hillary Clinton Approves Border Walls
In yet another move to the right, Sen. Hillary Clinton told the New York Daily News she supports walls between Mexico and the United States.
Please tell me why this "faux" progressive is worshipped by Democrats?!?
Yes, Hillary Clinton "announced Saturday that she backs a border wall plan that would include both physical barriers and a 'smart fence.'"
Looks like Hillary has gone back to her GOP Goldwater roots; and using race to win the hearts of all those bigots who would rather vote for a Chavez-Castro ticket than vote for her."A physical structure is obviously important," Mrs. Clinton told the New York Daily News. "A wall in certain areas would be appropriate."
The News said she also supported deploying a high-tech "smart fence" that could spot people approaching from 200 or 300 yards. Clinton said the deployment of surveillance drones and infrared cameras should be considered as well

Molly Ivins has been all over her recently ... writing about why she won't be supporting Hillary in 2008.
I don't know who the Democratic leadership is listening to, but it's certainly not their base.
